The most recent Patch 10.2 PTR build introduces a 
Candied Blade that will be accessible in the Trading Post at a later time this year.
Candied Blade is a One-Hand Sword cosmetic that will be included in the Trading Post rotation, most likely in December, as it is Winter Veil themed. It comes with the following descriptive text:
“Triumph never tasted so delightful.”
The price of this item will be 600 Trader’s Tender.
